Predictive Coding Drama is Good for eDiscovery Market

http://ow.ly/5T4Cd

From the eDiscovery Paradigm Shift, by Charles Skamser.

This blog post discusses an article written by eDiscovery journalist Evan Koblentz, which discussed the predictive coding (dare I say) wars recently touched off by Reccomind's assertion of a patent for such technology.

The blog posts references SRM Legal partners Valora, and Catalyst, and acknolwedges several other service providers that also provide various types of predictive coding services.  This technology will continue to enhance the attorney review process, and reduce corporate costs for lawsuits that contain large volumes of ESI.  SRM Legal believes in the use of such techniques, and the media attention being paid to this type of technology will likely result in greater acceptance of such techniques.
