The phone hacking scandal involving News Corp. continued to expand today, as allegations from a former reporter surfaced from a letter from 4 years ago in which he accused News Corp. execs of openly discussing the practice of phone hacking. In addition, the letter implicated former News Corp. exec Andy Coulson, whom later went on to become the official spokesperson for the British Prime Minister.
As the eDiscovery process continues to shift through ESI that is related to this scandal, it is almost definite that further evidence will come to light to cause this scandal to remain in news headlines throughout the UK and US.
