This interesting video is a recap of a presentation provided at the Master Series in New York City, and provides insight provided during a panel discussion  moderated by Steve Akers, CTO of Digital Reef  and included panelists Daniel Garrie, Esq. an eDisdcovery Special Master, and Daniel K. Gelb, Esq. of Gelb and Gelb. The presentation focuses on the use of devices that rely on pulling data from the cloud, and the eDiscovery issues that are related to such devices.   This is a very informative presentation.
