This is a simple list of terms with basic definitions for those who are trying to become more familiar with eDiscovery.  As the article points out, there are many litigators that are unfamiliar with eDiscovery, and the courts are growing less patient with those whom are making mistakes regarding requests for production, and other discovery issues related to electronically stored information.
