What are GC's and Corporate Directors Thinking About Corporate Governance?

http://ow.ly/65ZGu

An article on law.com on the Corporate Counsel website by Catherine Dunn.

This article discusses results of the recent Corporate Board Member study, conducted in conjunction with FTI Consulting.  According to the survey results, more corporate officers believe that in-house counsel reduce their corporate liability risks than they did in the past.

Other interesting finding notes are outlined in the article including comments about: liability; risk; Dodd-Frank regulations; and compliance.

This study points out some important trends, and indirectly sheds light on current developments that impact the ways corporations are handling ESI.
