Google+ for Lawyers: First Impressions

http://ow.ly/5T2xA

An article by eDiscovery expert Kevin O'Keefe, posted on Real Lawyers Have Blogs.

This artilce provides Kevin O'Keefe's analysis of Google+, and how he feels it will assist attorneys.  The writers of the SRM Legal blog fully agree with the points made by Mr. O'Keefe regarding Google+.  As the article points out, Google+ reached the level of 20,000,000 users in the first month....it took television 13 years to reach 50,000,000 users, and the internet 4 years to reach that number.

The article states that Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are not likely to go away, however, using Google+ is also going to be a valuable networking tool (it probably already is).

As the final sentence of the article read, "Though Google Plus is still in its infancy, I suggest you try it out. Google Plus is here to stay and some of the people you'll want to network with as a lawyer are going to be using Google Plus." (Emphasis added)
