The article discusses an example of a defamation claim based on internet posts made on a website called "LiarsCheatersRUs.com". The article states that there are numerous social media networks beyond Facebook, Twitter and Google + that need to be considered as potential sources of evidence.
The article states, "..relevant information may be located and stored electronically in places you’d never think to look and there is a rush to preserve such evidence. The next question is how to capture it forensically and have it available in a searchable and usable format. For many sites that are using proprietary software, this question hasn’t been answered yet."
