So let’s get to the heart of this Predictive Coding – Technology Assisted Review thing

 http://ow.ly/7ZDT5

This is an article by Jason Velasco published on the eDiscovery Journal website.

This article seeks assistance with a in important task.  The eDiscovery Journal seeks to compile information about use of predictive coding a/k/a technology assisted review (aptly assigned the designation of "PC-TAR" in the article).

The article requests that attorneys whom have used such techniques, or service providers that support such technology, provide information regarding real examples of the process. The article provides some discussion of recent writings regarding this subject, and provides links to another article that referenced the use of this process, without using an accompanying manual attorney review.

The article states, "So for all those PC-TAR evangelists out there at law firms andcorporations, we need your feedback. We can keep your name and firm anonymous as part of the research, so you can feel free to verbalize the successes and failures. Please email us to set up a time to chat.

For the vendor community offering PC-TAR technologies, please feel free to send your current marketing information and we will try to set up a de-briefing of your technology prior to the report’s release. We are also in the process of developing a survey about the use of PC-TAR; if you have any questions you would like to see included, please email the eDJ Analyst team."  (Hyperlinks to email provided in the article)

This seems like a very useful undertaking and if you can assist with this effort, please do share whatever information you are at liberty to share with the eDiscovery Journal team.

P.S. Links to the email for the eDJ Analyst team are provided in Mr. Velasco's article.  If you have any information that you can share, please assist with their efforts.
