CRAC (Civil Rules Advisory Committee) to Consider Preservation Rule in November

In a post by Robert Owen, the EDD Update website reports that Andrea Kuperman, Chief Counsel for the Civil Rules Advisory Committee will include discussion of the findings of the recent subcommittee meeting examining possible changes to eDiscovery rules regarding preservation and sanctions.

The materials considered by the subcommittee have been posted to the Federal Rulemaking website, and any additional materials will be added.  A link to the site is provided in the blog post.
