The intent is for these standards to provide counsel with a guide for identification. This guide is not all inclusive but is designed to provide a baseline for the investigation."

This document is a valuable resource to those involved in the eDiscovery phase of litigation. The EDRM is seeking public comment at the link provided above regarding any comments, or suggested revisions to the EDRM Identification Standards.
