86% of Search Engine Users Learn Something New or Important

This article looks at results from a recent Pew Research study, and a link to the study is provided.
According to the article, "91% of search engine users say they always or most of the time find the information they are seeking when they use search engines". In addition, 86% report that they learned something important from using a search engine. However, the same study reveals that 73% want more accurate search engines, and feel that results aren't reliable enough.
