Limited Discovery of Social Media Facebook Account is Permitted by Court

The Federal District court in Pennsylvania allowed limited discovery of the plaintiff's Facebook posts, after the court was given access to the log-in credentials to plaintiff's account in order to determine what information could be potentially disclosed to opposing counsel.
